• WHY PUBLIC SPACE MATTERS (Lecture)

    15. Mai 2018 18:30 bis 22:00

Presentation by Eugene Quinn for iamgood

Space between buildings.

The understanding of the value of public space has been rising since the turn of the 21st Century. The theme of this year’s architecture biennale in Venice is public space. Our group, space and place’s aim has always been to animate and celebrate the wonderful free space we have here in Vienna. And so Eugene will make a presentation on why public space matters, for democracy, freedom and also to build communities. He will explore the meaning of the concept, how it is endangered, and how to use it better.

This is part of a larger event, about SPACE, organised by iamgood. Featuring a talk on minimal living, live music networking and drinks.
